The front desk staff (which we found to be temporary as they are seeking a manager) was excellent. They were informative and friendly. Our rooms were clean and average looking for a hotel room.

The building is older and they did not have an elevator. To anyone with lots of luggage or to someone with mobility issues; booking on the main floor would be suggested.

The high speed wireless internet was not working at the time of our visit, yet the front desk provided me with an ethernet box. That worked out fine as I had brought my laptop with me.

We felt the food in the Greek restaurant was good and the price was reasonable. The outdoor patio was full each night with both locals and tourists.

We spent one night at this hotel when we were driving through Cache Creek. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, but clean. All we needed.

An hour after we left, we realized that we forgot our ice pack in the mini fridge. I called and asked if we could pick it up as we were driving back home. The clerk was super kind and had it nicely packaged up for us.

We were driving from Revelstoke to Whistler and needed somewhere to stop overnight.

There were few options in this region but we were content with this Inn. The welcome from the lady and man at reception was warm, generous and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and basic but very adequate. Breakfast in the adjoining diner was also basic but very adequate.

Air-conditioning in the room was essential due to the heat but it was very noisy. Otherwise we were happy to sleep here for the night.

I couldn't find where to review just the restaurant, but it was such a bad experience I had to write it somewhere! I have never had worse service in my life! It almost seemed as if it was one of those hidden camera shows, where they were trying to trick us. The waitress was extremely rude, no matter how many times we smiled and thanked her. She slammed everything down on the table, didn't say more than 10 words the entire time and would give the worst death glares I have ever seen. I am not exagerating, it was honestly so horrible that we couldn't help but laugh. Once our food came, it tasted slightly like the fake plastic food you get in children's toy sets. Everything except the fries tasted horrible! So if you want the opposite of good service and a yummy plate of fries - try the Sandman Inn Restaurant in Cache Creek!!
