I personally stayed at this motel and found the people were friendly, bent over backwards to help with personal needs as well as provided me with a place to live for close to 18 months! They have the best longterm rates and great value plans! Contractors love to stay at this motel! I personally enjoyed the homey atmosphere not to mention the great coffee and easy going staff! I would definetly stay there again! Families love the place!

My wife and I stayed with our two kids for 3 days over the holiday....We rented a large room on the main floor with a decent, basic, but clean bathroom and also a flat screen television. The clerk was more than pleased to take care of our extra towels and requirements although we had to go to the office to request them as they supply no phones in the rooms.
I was very pleased with the value of my stay compared to many chain motels..

My two co-workers stayed at this hotel when they were in High Prairie for training. They asked for receipts and were told that this hotel "doesn't give receipts" - they only provided a debit card receipt. When I phone the hotel to explain that we needed a receipt, I was told, quite rudely, that if the individuals had requested a receipt they would have received one. Then said again that they "don't give receipts". The individual was quite rude. Then the spouse called and left three very rude messages, threatening and leaving harrassing comments. I would highly recommend that you AVOID this hotel now and in the future!

I was very disappointed in this Motel. Yes, the price was reasonable but, you get what you pay for. The lock was broken off the window (we were on the ground floor). The room was clean enough except for the window shades which were covered in dust. This was supposedly a non smoking room & it reeked of cigarette smoke. When an appliance such as the A/C or fridge came on the lights flickered. Customer service was non existent, in fact the owner was extremely rude.
