This place is a gem. The Bluebird is so unique. The theme rooms are almost like little museums. They have so much charm and personality -- something sadly lacking in the other chain hotels. Last year we stayed in the Gene Autry Room, this year the Homestead Room. Both occasions were delightful. The rooms are immaculate and service at the front desk is friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the Bluebird Motel. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Bluebird Motel folks for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting relatives near Claresholm.
This summer we plan to take our children and grandchildren to Claresholm and will visit at the Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump and at Fort McLeod, both a short driving distance from Claresholm.
We have stayed in several of the theme rooms at the Bluebird Motel and have always enjoyed our stay and enjoyed a good night sleep.
We usually walk to the Casa Roma restaurant and have always enjoyed a great meal there.

Stayed here on our way from Utah to Anchorage, AK. Staff was friendly, location was good (between Butte, Montana - Jasper AB, Canada), room was clean, pet friendly, and nicely decorated. Had a 4 burner electric stove with all necessary cooking essentials (kettle for boiling water, glasses, silverware, plates, etc). Nice fold-away ironing board in the wall, great water pressure in the shower, small refrigerator in the room, cable TV with 60+ channels. This place reminds me of what you would see at Grandma's house, without the old person smell. Sits next to a property with a couple of horses. It is a bit close to the main road through town and the age of the place results in minor noise from the adjoining unit or in our case from the central heating unit but we still got a good night's sleep. Overall we are very glad we stayed here and do recommend this hotel to others. You won't be disappointed.

Loved this place. It is immaculate and the theme rooms are a real treat. I enjoyed looking at the antiques. We stayed in the Gene Autry room and it was fun seeing the memorabilia. We had also stayed in one of the heritage rooms on a previous visit.

This motel is immaculate. Even the grounds are very well tended. It is walking distance to a number of good restaurants. A lot of the rooms have a kitchenette and we ate breakfast in.

Although it is on the main highway, the room is well enough insulated so that noise wasn't a problem. I plan on staying here again.
