The room was very nice and the beds were the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in.
When we checked in we were given arm bands, and had I not asked what they were for we wouldn't have known we would need to be wearing these to return to our rooms after 11:00 pm
We stayed on New Years Eve, for a niece's wedding, there were people in the wedding party that didn't have their armbands because of being at all the wedding events, the security guard refused to let them up to their rooms. This caused the bride to cry and still they weren't allowed up.
Also would have been nice to know that there was a continental breakfast. We looked through the hotel guide and couldn't find anything about it and nothing was mentioned on check-in. Previously this hotel had a restaurant but do to the flooding in the area it had not been rebuilt.
