I don't know, this place was just simply meh. There were way too many people around in order to go sit in the hot tub area in peace and quiet. Although I slept ok, my boyfriend stated that he could hear people running up and down the hallways all night. The service people were kinda rude too, looking at us like we were idiots while trying to find our room--it's somewhat confusing as there's two sides of the hotel. If I were staying in Minot again, I'll definitely try and pick something else.

Took over a room for someone who couldn't make it down to Minot for Black Friday shopping. Arrived at hotel Thursday afternoon and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. Was offered seveal styles of rooms to choose from (poolside, suite etc) We choose to upgrade to a suite as there was 3 adults staying. We were told it would be no extra charge! :) The room was very nice and the king bed was very comfortable. The pullout bed was.......well as good as a pull out could be. A few glitches with not getting any new towels after the room was cleaned on the first night but that was easily rectified with a call to front desk. New towels arrived in 5 mins. For the price this hotel was very good and we booked it for next year already.

I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and this had to be one of the worst. Rooms were filthy, and the entire place smelled like smoke. It took us 16 hours to get toilet paper to the room since housekeeping never came at all. Has potential to be good, but very, very poorly maintained, and frustrating service. Avoid, stay at Fairfield Inn if you can.

We stayed there recently just for the weekend and it was ok...nothing great but no problems either. I did think I had booked a room by the pool but was not given a poolside. Room was clean with fridge and stove and definitely did the job but I would stay other places if just going in for a weekend of shopping (somewhere closer to the mall).
