The hotel was very aged, needed a good cleaning, and better management. We were rudely awakened at about 2am by people across the hall; this went on for a few hours. Our complaints to the front desk clerk were useless. Talked with the manager the next morning and he said it was not his fault. What an answer! You can bet we will not be back..

My wife and I have stayed a week, TWICE, at this motel and it is very nice for the money. Its not the Ritz, but its very clean, quiet and safe and comfortable. The best part is the people there. Very nice. They helped us with problems above and beyond the call of duty. A pleasant stay both times. We will be traveling back to Minot again this year, and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Will never stay at this property again. Everything on the web site was fake even the picture of the property. Rates were way to high for this underkept filthy property. I hope people will see and read these reviews and stir-clear of this property.

We tried to call ahead for a reservation - no-one would answer our call. Finally booked on-line - it used to be a great place to stay.
When we arrived big sign outside saying money at par - find out not if you book on line. Walk in rate $10 cheaper than on- line so we lose out twice. "Manager" was VERY rude in handling this.
