My wife and I spent the May holidays of 2010 on an ultra all-inclusive basis in this 4-star hotel. This 9-floor-hotel with 250 double rooms (all of them with seaview) is located right on the beach in the central part of the resort St.Constantine and St.Helen, around 15 km away from the city of Varna and 20 km away from the airport of Varna. The package prices have been more than acceptable (50 EUR per night for two people/room) and apart from the accommodation, great food and drinks (excellent variety and quantity of food, local and imported alcohol) plus free parking (it's hard to find a parking place though) included also usage of the inside swimming pool and free sauna/steam bath. What we didn't like is the fact that elevators are not enough for such a big hotel and you have to wait for quite some time to use one, the other a little bit annoying thing was the paid wireless internet that you could use only in the hotel lobby. In general I would recommend this hotel to everyone since we have been quite satisfied with our vacation there and could go for the same vacation in 2011 (if they have such an attractive Easter/May package, of course).

Before going to the hotel I check every opinion available. I can confirm that still in 2009 the hotel is perfect spot for couples with children. First of all, hotel is 20 m from the sea and has its own,very clean private beach with lots of free sun-beds on it. There are 3 outdoor very clean swimming pools with 6 depths satisfying every guest - even those the smallest ones. Indoor swimming pool (+ sauna) is nice and gives opportunity to rest.
As advertised, every room is with view. Rooms are quite big, clean should satisfy everyone. Service is also above expectation. It applies to reception staff, cleaning services, restaurant and bar. The only problem could be languages. I can see there potential improvements. We chose All Inclusive option, and it was very fair with food, soft- alcoholic drinks.
It is difficult to say anything about area, If You are family with very small children and You do not want to leave hotel often it is almost paradise. The only disadvantage is language barrier.

Rooms look great but poor quality and constantly needing repair, however there is a 24 hr maintenace service who are very efficient and helpful. Any problems they are happy to help. UNFORTUNATELY LOCAL MINERAL POOL IS POORLY MAINTAINED, as this is the local councils responsibility. If you can look over the poor pavements and local facilities a very special place with lots of restaurants and hotels hidden amoungst the lovely wooded area. Near local buses into Varna which go very frequently. Stop off at Briz mini picadilay Mall for and italian meal or the most amazing chocolate cake ever!!
Entertainment very good, great atmosphere but quiet areas to , great for families and couples. I travelled solo but thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Too bad cause the hotel has good facilities but the staff is very rude and also if is a problem with the bank transfer and they don't get the money in time they'll come in ur room took u out of the room and keep u down in the reception in order to solve the problem. Other wise like i said the facilities are good but the staff must learn how to behave with the clients.
