Rooms look great but poor quality and constantly needing repair, however there is a 24 hr maintenace service who are very efficient and helpful. Any problems they are happy to help. UNFORTUNATELY LOCAL MINERAL POOL IS POORLY MAINTAINED, as this is the local councils responsibility. If you can look over the poor pavements and local facilities a very special place with lots of restaurants and hotels hidden amoungst the lovely wooded area. Near local buses into Varna which go very frequently. Stop off at Briz mini picadilay Mall for and italian meal or the most amazing chocolate cake ever!!
Entertainment very good, great atmosphere but quiet areas to , great for families and couples. I travelled solo but thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Too bad cause the hotel has good facilities but the staff is very rude and also if is a problem with the bank transfer and they don't get the money in time they'll come in ur room took u out of the room and keep u down in the reception in order to solve the problem. Other wise like i said the facilities are good but the staff must learn how to behave with the clients.

Begining of May I spent 11 days at this magnificent hotel. . I have to admit I was pretty impressed. Location is great. The room was cleaned every morning and if we had any questions the people at the front desk always tried to help. In this period it was a place where you find peace and tranquility .I am from Romania and I can say that I was a little afraid not to find what I was looking for(I usually spend my holidays in good clubs greece,spain,etc).
In that period I was looking for spending 11 days in a quait place with good possibilities for relaxation. I was lucky to find Mrs. Genoveva Marinova- manager"Direct Travel" Ltd, on web. She was fantasic.She offer me a lot of possibilities and suggest me to go to Azalia.She came in my first day and make thinks to be as I asked. Wonderful view (I sow the see from bad), big balcony. The SPA programs are very good. You have to try the massages. All of them are different and the masseurs are professional, all of them. (Thank you Svetia)
I book HB and the food was good (a lot of salad and fruit).The pool (inside) very nice, clean, with mineral water, bar, sun lounger.
Close to the hotel, on the beach is a bar with jacuzy.I could say that I was somewhere in Haiti. There are 6 big Jacuzzi (powerfully one’s) with thermal water.
In that period the hotel stuff made the preparation for summer time. In this period you will not find a quiet place. From half of September will be again a place of relaxation. Still thinking to go again in September.
I returned home full of energy, ready to go back to my stressing work.
