“GOOD HOTEL BUT ........”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

Rooms - large, beautiful, all overlooking the sea. Constantly clean - everywhere. The sea - great - clean and gradual input - nearly 15 meters to go to become more deeply, if not more. Perfect for families with children!
Overall I recommend it - but I hardly visited him again.
Minus and bad:
Monotonous food - mostly! Problems with lounges - had to get up at 6:30 in the morning to catch the place!
MAIN GUEST: Russians, Romanians and Moldovans, very few Bulgarians and other countries.
In the future we will look mainly hotels frequented by other tourists!!!!!!
Romanian and Russian tourists are loud, arrogant, dishes filled with highs and nothing of what had taken not eat - I have not seen before so much food to be discarded because of them.
Problem is also free area of beach that is walking in front of the hotel - weekends / mostly / - straight from the people boil - barely make their way to the sea. Witness how I was not hotel guests enjoy or bars, or lounges, or water slides - without anyone to stop them - which is not normal - so you should think of the hotel. Last - it is normal for such a large hotel - only two animators!!
If you are on the upper floors will wait for a lift!!

Room Tip: I'm not giving a tip for a nice room. All are equal!

“Good Hotel but needs better Management...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

Not an "ULTRA All Inclusive 4*" Hotel, from my point of view...

The Hotel was overall OK but i would not return there if the Management and Chef will not change.
We were there a BIG group with 7 families and small children (3-7 years) but also 3 teenagers.

PRO:

-Relative new Hotel
-VERY close to the Beach
-Water slide
-Multiple pools
-Indoor pool and Spa
-Alcohol bottles were available in front of the bar at your disposal to create your own cocktail... :)

CONS:

-Free parking only if you are lucky(limited number of parking spaces)
-Food was not "recycled" but was constantly repeating(we staid only 7 nights and we only tried ~5 types of cookies for desert). The odd thing is that potato fries was only 1-2 times(out of 2x7 days) and the children were asking us...
-Water slides were working only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in afternoon but never both slides in the same time...
-All resort facilities except the main lobby(mostly indoor) are closed after 10:00 PM and there is not enough space to accommodate all..
-All bars except the lobby bar were close at 10:00 PM and this one was also closed for All Inclusive service staring 00:00AM. After that time all alcohol drinks were available for money...
-No cocktails were available at all.
-No bottled water/soda/juice

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with Matrimonial Bed...

“Typical mass-holiday hotel to avoid, SPA just for the name”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 September 2011

It was just a short visit at the beginning of September 2011, looking for a hotel with SPA for next holidays.
The receptionist at the front desk was not reactive, and clearly not used to promote their hotel to new guests. I asked for information on the type of rooms, and they seemed to not understand this simple query. Insisting, after a while she replied that all the rooms was the same. Insisting to ask if there were suites, the receptionist before says yes, at the last floor, but immediately corrects herself saying no. The impression was that there are indeed suites, but reserved to VIPs only……Then she added that there was only some sea front view rooms, but that they was too expensive………(for us, or in general? A very good promotion for new guests!)
Because I was interested to the SPA, I went straight to the desk of the SPA downstairs. Also the receptionist at the desk of the SPA had the same strange behaviour; looked astonished to have someone asking for information about treatments with thermal water and mud (the area is full of thermal springs, and the hotel promote this on Internet). Neither leaflets with the description of the treatments nor price lists was available. The receptionist suggested looking on their website! Insisting to visit the SPA, I have seen some cabins, but none of them was occupied, and there were no personnel around. The SPA looked abandoned and clearly not used by the guests of the hotel.
Going up to the restaurant floor, there was a very crowded and noisy self-service, bad-smelling of fried food and plenty of children shouting. There is no restaurant where to have a decent and calm lunch.
Gone to the external terrace, there was some scattered tables where people running from the self-service was trying to escape the bad smell, unsuccessfully because the bad smell was everywhere, even in open air.
Definitely a place to avoid.

“Bad choice”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 July 2011

I returned for second year for summer holiday. Last year was good value for money, but this year everything is changed. Room is cleaned in the afternoon - only if you ask for it, drinks are not inclusive like last year, only a small and low quality local selection, entertainment is not everyday - and low quality, food is relatively ok, but not enough fruits, reception is not polite, beach towels are old (very old), spa is eztremely expensive and inside pool is not cleaned.

For sure i'll not return and I stoped my 6 friends to come. My recommendaarion is for sure no, you can find better places around.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2011

great location..... good value..... but i wouldn´t chose this hotel again....

what i didn´t like..... the reduced breakfast.... quite standard... actually i got better at 2 star locations

non smoker rooms.... with ashtrays....

the gym is in bad condition... not worth to make the effort to use it

the furniture of the room are quite worn and looking so ibis 2 star

no safe at the room

i would recommend another hotel.... depends what they are expecting...

the indoor pool is great ... although the overhead lights are in a bad condition...
