Why this hotel's ranking is 91? It must be 103 of 104, because I never stayed in so bad hotel and can not even imagine a hotel worse that this one was. Swimming pool full of dead insects, hardly working wi-fi (three day of five of our stay it didn't work at all), wet floor in bathroom because of short shower curtains, hardly working jakuzi. The personell, especially of restourant, was inhospitable, fulfilling their duties maybe according to instructions but not to guests satisfaction. Leaving the hotel we were too early for breakfast, so they gave us take away brakfast: two slices of bread, a thin slice of cheeses, a cucumber and an apple. I think this breakfast may be called as a visit card of this hotel

Reasonable and relaxing. Buffet open in Casino all day very convenient. Nice location on forested slope.

The hotel is one of the bad's I'm visit in my life...In spite of the comfortable rooms, the maintenance is very poor also in terms of cleaning. The restaurant which the hotel offers breakfast and dinner is terrible!! The food looks not really fresh and not enough diversity. Elevators are very small and cannot content the so large numbers of tourists needs them, people staying a long time for waiting elevators up and down. Four stars...??? Not at all !!! One or two is "borderline"...

The hotel in good seat nothing more in it is not present.
The personnel disgusting, numbers not good.
Meal every day one and too.
The jacuzzi does not work.
The passport is taken away by them are afraid that you will steal.
