I was really looking forward to this holiday but hatted it. All germans, rude staff, cold under cooked food, usually pork or eggs. My poor daughter was taken to hospital for serve gasentertis after suffering for 7 days!!!. We were all robbed as the children did not make any friends, ther was no one for either of us to talk too. The hotel needs to look into their 4 star rating as i had to ask the maid 3 times to clea my room probably. The snacks were appalling and was delivered at 11 and then not re stocked - alaways cold.
The hotel description is false and needs to be looked at. However, the entertainers were brilliant when they would speak english which we had to remind them to. i will be making a complaint. DO NOT GO THERE

A dissapointing hotel. Nothing like what we expected from a 4 star hotel. Not very clean, very fussy. We stayed at a room at the level of the pool that was very noisy even at night when people was passing from the road or drunk people was coming back. Food was lousy and every time about the same. Restaurant smelled a bad perfume. Toilets smell a lot, especially out at the pool area or at the balkony. People working there are not friendly at all. I do not recommend it to anybody that has expectations from the hotel that books!

1. Very bad services, rude personel, one of the bartenders yelled at me with no reason, just for asking for a beer, then another one for me, and after 4-5 seconds for a Sprite for my sister.
2. Louzy food, every day the same, no variety.
3 Ugly pool, very little. We spent all days at the sea.
4. No parking.

Please do not go there!

well what can i say holiday from hell first of all i booked for myself my wife my 4 year old daughter and my 73 year old mother-in-lawin which we were told was a hotel that catered for british tourists. we were the only people that spoke english in the hotel for the duration of our stay (2 weeks) when we arrived we found my mother-in-law had been put in a room right beside bar street music all night couldn't believe it we had asked to be put in rooms beside each other but management wouldn't move her for two days.now for the food find it hard to describe what was put on offer i think a pig might have turned its nose up at it it was that bad cold chips every night chicken half cooked every night frozen vegetables still frozen it was awful the only good note was the animators they were fantastic putting shows on a few times a week first class. this hotel and resort is definately not for british tourists be warned
