The hotel has good facilities, good food the manager of the hotel is always in touch with what is happening in the hotel.the pool is clean. the rooms are clean. the only minus point that we'll be maybe for some people is that the hotel is not close to the beach is the 3 rd line but as the hotel has the rest very good i assume that the distance can't be such a big problem.

Booked for short break in golden sands. Hotel staff dealt with people in appropriate manner. Booked a room for three adults + one child, booked superior double - given a double room with two chair beds. Moved rooms only to be given the same one and told hotel full so would have to put up with it, chair bed very uncomfortable for adult but fine for child. Unable to get pool view room as requested as these seem to be only double rooms we were placed along the side of the hotel and had no view with tiny balacony that could only fit two chairs on. We had no view as a very large tree covered the third floor and beyond Hotel itself clean, pool very clean. Childrens daytime entertainment the same every day would get on your nerves a bit if there for two weeks. Food at hotel good but same type of food everyday. Pool bar fine and staff helpful. Last orders for hotel bar is 23.00 hours so bit of a mad rush to get served as some people ignore the que and dive straight to front. Quite a lot of steps to get to pool the lift does go down to the pool but very slow as on -2 level.

We stayed with all inclusive for 2 weeks at Hotel Kristal. 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12).

The staff was friendly in general. Was quite impossible to get a smile or a friendly comment out of one of the female receptionists.

The food was really bad. Too many boiled sauce dishes where the meat was with fat, skin, etc. And not much flavour to it. And one of us ended up with a stomach infection and had to get penecillin when we returned from vacation.

Cleaning of the rooms was horrible. Not once during our 2 weeks was the place vacuumed or the bathroom floor washed. We did get clean towels every once in a while though, and the bed was set daily.

It seems like the hotel has too many visitors to be able to accommodate the facilities. We often waited for a table to be free at the dining room, and the sun beds by the pool were all taken unless you got there really early in the morning (which we started to).

Once a week (at least at the all inclusive deal we were on) you could eat a dinner at the bistro. This food was really good and large portions. The waitor was exceptionally nice and friendly. Thumbs up for this!

The pool water had a funny smell to it and there were little black "dots" in it. We did see people test the water daily though, so we suppose that all was okay.

Due to the tiles everywhere, the place was very loud and noisy. Little kids made way too much noise, and it was not a pleasure to stay in the lobby at night, or in the dining room. It was possible to eat outside where there was a little less noise, but this was also where the smokers sat. So kinda a lose-lose situation.

During the day there was an animation team at the hotel, which was a good idea. But sometimes they turned up the music by the pool way too loud, so although you were seated next to one another, you had to shout in order to hear what the other person was saying :-/ I think that the people who participated in the activitites quite enjoyed them though.

In whole the hotel employees tried their best, but it all only ended up average and we would definately not choose this hotel again.

I came back from a 7 nights vacation on that hotel . We were there with 1year and 3 months infant. The overall impression is very positive. The hotel staff was very friendly.
The food was enough varied and good cooked for our taste, even sometimes they repeated some dishes.
However each meal had at least 3 main dishes and several appetizers, salads and 2 types of soups.

Anyway for 4 stars hotel there are some issues ( minor for us, maybe major for others ) :

The pool was such a crowded place, and it seems there is no sun beds for all guests, you should go early in the morning to get a free sun bed.
The all inclusive coffee is awful, actually instant coffee made by some machine. They could give some coffee, at least on breakfast.
The non-alcoholic drinks ( cola ) are also machine based with poor quality. They could give at least 2 liter pet cola.
In restaurant, at diners we were forced to drink beer as single acceptable drink.

Despite these problems we really appreciate the our stay there and I will recommend this hotel.
