Arrived at Kavkaz about 1am ,geeting us was literally to give us keys & tell us room 301 that was it they told us nothing we payed all inc aswell but they don,t care once they have your cash.went to room it was really nice quite big & very clean. Went onto balcony oh my god what a horrid site deralict hotel opposite no view at all we were supposed to have pool view what a laugh.Food is well lets say not much choice at all for english ,oh chips & salad, thats dinner & tea oh & theres cake that,s ok.Breakfast what shall i say toast with boiled egg ,or toast with jam ,thats if you can get to the only toast machine there 1 two slice toaster what a joke.Next the staff are so ignorant we were there 2 wks none of the staff ever spoke to us & most of them spoke english when we asked them for something.Staff are very slow on topping up on anything at all food,condiments,drink anything.The all inclusive drinks was a joke there was hardly anybody ever behind the bar we had to wait or go & fetch somebody which is disgusting, the pool bar was the same on our second week they shut pool bar didn,t tell us where to go or nothing again we had to ask.They were even collecting sunloungers up while we were lying on them sun bathing by the pool ever felt uncomfortable we did its a joke.I would love to know how the hell its rated 4 star, one good thing there the cleaners work very hard indeed they never stop working hard unlike the others.All i can say if you want a nice & happy stay somewhere DO NOT STAY HERE staff dont make any conversation TRY ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
