the hotel is in a perfect location and we stayed in one of the apartment it was 2 bedrooms and it was massive the only fault i had with this hotel is the noise every night from the nightclubs and night clubbers never stopped till about 5am every morning but to be honest this didn't bother me or my 76 year old father or my 3 year old son. i would reccomend this hotel if going to sunny beach and the breakfast was great so much to choose from!

poor hotel and cold food, staff never spoke to us, pool was freezing. found most of the people very rude, not cheep like people say. very disspointing holiday,

hotel was great, pool fabulous sun all day long , great location - very central staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again. only stayed bb breakfast was ok could improve with a bit of bacon eggs fabulous.

Stayed at this hotel in August this year, through Balkan Holidays, with doubt the worst 4 * hotel we have ever stayed in, food selection was extremely poor, unless you like eggs cooked five different ways for breakfast, the bacon made spains look like best danish! Dinner was no better very little choice and worse was that that due to the daft evening meal times 6 - 8:30 if you went down at normal time say 7:45 chances were that there was not much left. The rooms were ok , but sounds from the many bars at 5am in the morning will keep you awake, I wrote and complained to Balkan Holidays but they've had our cash and are not in the least bit interested. To sum up this hotel is advertised as a 4 * But what Balkan don't tell you is that it is Bulgarian's version of 4*!! the joke among the Brits was I won first prize in the raffle - a week in the Alba second prize was two weeks!
