have stayed at severina a few times however the summer of 2009 was a JOKE, advertised as a family complex, well it was when i first stayed there but now it just seems to be full of young ones who are out to party, thats fine i dont have problem with that but when you cant sleep at night cause of noise, cant let your children in the pool cause young people are in it with glasses and bottles, very dangerous, the complex is to small for this kind of carry on, love the place and just wish it would go back to being family friendly, might visit again if they sort this problem

The apartments were great, very clean and quite large.
Staff in general were very helpfull and nice.
Quite relaxed around the pool area, great for family's not too loud though there were one or two dutch lads who seemed to be in the wrong place for the type of holiday they wanted.
The life guard was so missrable I dont think I seen him smile in the 7 days of our stay and I seen him a couple of times actualy telling children off for playing as if they were getting in the way of his sleeping, god help him if a child drowns as I dont think he would even find out!! I get the impression that he resents that people are in his country and if that is the case he needs to change jobs or get a personality and smile a bit. The area around the pool was a bit scruffy and ash and food did not seem to be geting cleaned though in general as I said the place was very clean and maybe this was just an oversite in the busy period.

A five minute walk to the beach. The place shuts down at midnight. If you are up partying all night you can sleep all day. Problably a bit boring for the party goers but excellent for families and the over forty five age groups. The apartments are spacious, the place is spotless, the staff are friendly, food and drink is good. Can't beat it for value. In thirty + degree heat there was no need for the free air conditioning.

The Severina apartments nice clean maid service great..The old woman manager rude ingnorant and intimidating along with young man whom is part time lifegaurd in daytime there. At night they both sit outside at a table drinking eating and laughing regardless if anyone wants to sleep. My husband (diabetic) Shouting to people to get in there rooms when sitting on the balcony at night. To my horror did the same to my husband and myself one night at approx 12-15pm the young man telling me to shut my mouth when I attempted to say I had payed to sit there. The lifegaurd sunning himself on a lounger just watching my son cleaning all the insects out with a net as his children were in there. The restaurant staff dont speak English so what you get is what you get. . 2 weeks of hell couldn't wait to come home never again. Management kept all amenities upstairs for her own family and friends. First week terrible storms etc and nothing to do there. They want your money but not the British tourists.Sunny Beach expensive holiday no bensefits even have to pay for toilets. Aweful no please or thank you's there.
