The Hotel is FANTASTIC, our room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, the layout was brill our bed was seperated from our son with a wardrobe so although we were close together we had our own privacy.
The Buffet style food was of a good quality & choice as were the drinks we had opted for the all inclusive package which for the extra money was worth it - even cocktails were included.
The pools were great and I liked that the kids slide had a life guard on duty when it was open.
The evening entertainment was very good and always amused us, the animation team worked tirelessly, & were happy to translate as our son made friends with a Bulgarian boy !! Most speak at least 4-6 languages !!
It is a 2 minute walk to Sunny Beach area & the Hotel is situated at one end so as a family this was great. There was a selection of rides and plenty of bars & restaurants to choose between. Sunny Beach was clean and we ssaw no touble eventhough there was lots of groups of young people they were all having a good time.
The hotel staff were very helpfull there was even some food for us in the buffet on arrival 2am and when we were leaving 4am !!
Downsides - Balkan travel are not great, we had out flight times altered 2 wk prior from 9am till 7.30PM ! No compensation. The transfer guide let us of the coach at the road & we had to the hotel unaccompanied.
The beds by the pool are very close together and you do have to be up early with your towels.
As were the tables & chairs for the evening entertainment.
The area were the kids queue for the slide would benefit shading as in the afternoon the floor was VERY HOT.
However non of these points would put me off returning to this hotel it was great value for money - although preferably with a different tour operator & better flight times !!
