Towels only changed three times over two week stay. After eight days complained about not having a change of sheets, on returning to room later, sheets left on bed, for us to make. Second week dog show in Albena. Next room two adults, two children, four dogs. Witnessed some dog owners allowing dogs to defecate on grass area, part of child's playground, no attempt to clean up. My wife heard another tourist, complaining of dog excrement in his room. Allocated two sun beds and one umbrella, on beach. Most days, the beach attendants were witnessed covering nearly all beds. Twice witnessed lifeguards, on beach drinking continuously through out days. One time lifeguard, purchased litre of vodka, later empty bottle rolled down steps,of lifeguard tower. We have holidayed in Bulgaria, seven times, spanning twenty years. Never to return!
