Unfriendly staff, not maintained, the rooms are not renovated recently, poor food quality.
There are better hotels around this one for almost the same price.

We just loved the place !
We didn't expect excessive luxury, we found the hotel very nice, the staff was great, nice surroundings, a lovely beach with clear, clean water.
We don´t understand how people can sound so negative about the place !
We had the best holiday ever, seven lovely days from start to end !

We most certainly WILL go back there !!!

We were prepared to come to a terrible hotel after reading some reports on the internet from others who had stayed there. Luckily we got surprised to find that we loved it!
Yes - the hotel is a bit "shabby"
Yes - the food gets boring on an all inclusive hotel (we stayed for 14 days)
..but..
The room was cleaned every day, the food is not bad (just a bit boring), the pool area was nice, the location of the hotel is fantastic, and the Animation-team is just awesome!
We found the staff both in the reception, restaurant and pool-bars to be friendly and service minded. Some didn't speak much English, but we managed to understand each other.

I have just returned from my 10 days stay in this hotel. I was there two years ago and I preferred going there this year also because I felt very well and the services were really good. But things changed over the last 2 years! The hotel has a very good location as it is by the beach and at the exit of Albena (which means it's a little more quiet than the rest of the resort). But when it comes for services and quality, it is lousy. Firstly, the food is crap. I've seen the food from breakfast served at lunch and dinner: pasta, cheese, fish. They didn't bother to throw it away, they just put the same food in some big plates and served it the next meal. More, they were using the leftovers to prepare dishes for the next meal: salami and grilled chicken breast, left from lunch, was used to prepare some kind of soup for dinner. Did anyone have Salami soop before? If not, if you go to Arabella Beach, you might have the chance to try it...ich....This is outrageous. Fruits and veggies: poor quality. Table cleaning? Yes, but if you were using a table where other people have already eaten, you had to find your own forks and spoons and knifes. Overall, the food was bad. I can imagine they're trying to cut some costs, but how low can you go with this? Room service: I had my towels changed twice in 10 days but just because I asked the lady to do that. Vacuum cleaning the room: same thing, I had to ask them to do that.
So, if you don't want to have your holiday screwed, choose another hotel. Believe me, I've seen other people complaining about services while staying there and they were of different nationalities.
