This hotel is what it is. A best value.

We have stayed here multiple times.

I admit we originally thought it would be a dump, as the outside is not as inviting as some other places nearby, but after staying a couple of nights on separate occasions we really do not have too many complaints.

On average a two queen bed room, with bath/shower, tv, ac, fridge and breakfast has cost us about $40 - $50 after all taxes. This is a steal, as there are other hotels nearby with not much better facilities that charge double that. We'd rather spend the left over money on shopping than a 'better named' hotel.

The service has always been friendly. The hotel is made up of several different buildings and is more of a Motel than a Hotel layout. The non smoking rooms are just that, fresh and breathable.

Breakfast is simple, bread, muffins, bagels, juice .. etc. Nothing crazy. Internet computer is available in dining room, and wired access is advertised in rooms although we have never used it.

Rooms are clean. Beds are clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms are small, so keep that in mind. The major pet peeve would probably have to be the bathroom fans. They always appear to be wired in with the bathroom lights, and are so LOUD that they are cruel to other guests when used at night. Also the shower heads are mounted really low, so tall people may find them annoying.

Other than that no major complaints.

We definately recommend signing up for the hotel's discount program which is instant online, lets you save on the room rates and allows for free room upgrades.

When I booked the room I had asked for a king. When we arrived I was told that I had a "single bed" Had to upgrade to 2 queens which meant an upgrade in price.

I am a smoker so had requested a smoking room but WOW! Walked into the "smoking building" and it was the worse thing I have ever encountered and I worked in a bar for 20 years. Smelled like a garbage can full of butts that had never been emptied. The room wasn't any better smelling even after opening the window wide open and lighting a candle.

The thing that I could not believe tho was the fact that there was not a clock in the room. When checking out I asked if any of the rooms had clocks. I was told no, but they were working on it. They wanted to put hair dryers in them first.

On the positive side, the heater worked great (almos to great) and the staff were very friendly.

I went up to visit some friends and arrived earlier than anticipated about 12:30pm and check-in wasn't until 3pm. The front desk staff was super friendly and were able to get me into my room right away. I was in a King room and it was very clean and spacious with a nice recliner to relax in. It had a fridge, microwave and large television. All was great and my overall stay was above average and I would recommend this hotel to all.

My family and I stayed here May long weekend 2007. we come once or twice a year to shop!! we stayed 3 days 2 nights. the cost is very reasonable, very clean room, the staff at the front desk was great! very very friendly, they serve breakfast (coffee, juice, toast etc..) overall nice place, friendly staff, very quiet. the location is good, its about 10 minutes away from most shopping places (columbia mall, target etc..)

some dislikes i had were .. the room had a clorene type smell, it wasent too bad but could notice it..the beds are 4.5/10, the space in the room was decent. they didn't have a Microwave in the room which was a minus for us because we had little one with us, and it would of been nice to heat up some food for him. however, there was one in the main area that you could use at any time. I usually like staying places where there are alot of people, just for the fact of safety etc..if this place isnt full it dose get kinda spooky at night..

I would stay here again because of the cost, as for our 2008 visit we will be trying elsewhere...:)
