I stayed at the Road King back in November and December and had a great time. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. If we needed something we just went to the front desk and they accomodated us right away.
Overall my kids and I had a great time and can say we won't stay anywhere else when we come back!!

I was impressed by the Roadking inn this weekend.The whole place was spotless. The pool was large and it had a basketball hoop that everyone had seemed to enjoy and our kids liked it alot too.Our room(118) was spotless and it had nice bedding too.It was a nice bonus that our room had about a 32" flatscreen.The staff was above average and I would reccomend the Roadking inn Columbia mall to anyone.

when we checked in we looked around the room and went down to the main desk and asked them to vacuum the room because it was dirty. They did that and the room still had pubic hair all over the bathroom. I hate to wonder what was in the carpet. We ended up putting towels all over the floors so we could walk on something clean. When we checked out in the morning we asked to speak with a manager and he was not friendly basically said to bad thats the way it is if you don't like it go somewhere else. I wrote a letter to Road King and never did get a response back. I do realize that everyone or every hotel has a bad day but this was not that dirty disgusting room and unfriendly staff which is unusual from anyone that i have met in grand forks.

I've been to Grand Forks many times and typically stay in the same hotel each time - not the Road King Inn. But, my regular one was full so I tried this one and was not disappointed. My two main criteria for choosing a hotel is safety and cleanliness - and this hotel met each one just fine.

Liked the fact that you were close enough to the mall to walk in under 5 mins. Staff were really nice and accomodating.
