I stayed here in late December 2011. The breakfast food was absolutly wretched - powdered eggs, microwaved bacon so thin you could read a newspaper through it, sickly-sweet pasteries.
It is beyond comprehension why a hotel located in the midst of the most productive farmland in the USA would provide such artificial, inedible food... unless, of course, the motivation is to save money.
Rooms are very expensive ($100+ a night for a single) - I am sure one could find better food and better pricing in Grand Forks without much effort.
