Stayed here once for an awards ceremony. We had no problems, food was great and beds were comfortable. Check out was easy and everything was quiet. Beautiful place and I would stay again if price was nice.

I talked to the front desk several times before our arrival...not once did they mention the huge renovation project in the main lobby. We checked in through the parking ramp...it was not a very good experience! Rooms were clean and nice... but they should have let us know about the on-going mess! Ordered drinks at the bar and had to send several back as they were the wrong order..Hope the hotel gets back up to a nicer level soon!!!

My Husband and I stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Fargo, North Dakota this year for New Years Eve and paid to have Champagne and cheese tray to be delivered to our room at 6 pm.
We recieved the Champage with five very small pieces of chocolate at 6pm. We called the front desk and let them know what we had recieved. The person at the front deck just give us a run around.
Two and half hours later we recieved a call from the front desk offering to make up the cheese tray and that it was their misstake. By that time we had already had dinner so we were no longer interested in the cheese tray.
The room was also very noisey, we could hear word for word of the next rooms conversation and people in the hallway.
When showering the water temperatures would change continuely.
For hotel that states they are a higher end hotel and the prices of the rooms reflect that, I would giving them "F".

My daughter and I had a quick overnight stay and used this hotel for the first time. While there was construction going on in public areas, it did not interfere with our comfort at all. We had an excellent rate (well under $100) via a special offered through Club Carlson on a large king corner room. The room was on the east side (rm 501) and afforded lovely hello to the sunrise in the morning.

We were within a two block walk to a phenomenal meal. There were also restaurants at all price points within a short walk.

Parking was very convenient in the attached ramp.
Linens were soft and cozy in bath and on the bed.
Room was VERY clean.
Staff was very courteous and efficient.
