front desk staff was very nice and helpful! We stayed there for 3 weeks and would recommend staying there to anyone. Rooms were very nice and large and the full kitchen was great!

Staff is very unprofessional. Breakfast was cold, when I told the girl at the front desk she advised me to "warm it up in the microvafe, because she forgot to turn the burners on" I heard one staff member tell a patron to not take too much food because "there wasnt enough for everyone" they only clean the rooms once per week. The only reason we stayed here is because ALL of the hotels in fargo are booked solid.

Used to be a nice place to stay but not now! You should STAY away. Not clean in lobby, hallway, elevator. Also don't be fooled by the claim of a reception with food. There was not any 2 of the three nights, but there was warm beer.

Now for the worst part: found roaches the last night;Room 301. I am now going have to disinfect my luggage, clothing and laptop fearing that they now could be infested.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Staff was Great! Breakfast and Social hour with Free Beer and Wine was great! Free laundry was Great! BBQing on the back patio was Great!. The rooms were Great! I had a Hot Tub in my room! The Sleep Inn and MainStay was joined by a walk thru that enclosed a nice pool and another Hot Tub!Plus the fiitness room was adjoined to a hot Tub all its own!.
I did have a small problem with the internet in the room i was in but the staff and mgr put their hearts into resolving the issue. I mean they walked the halls, visited my room trying to understand the problem and even called in the tech that handles their hotel. They went to the extreme to make sure their guests were comfortable and happy! And the price made it an even more unbelieveable VALUE!
If i missed anything, you'll have to go and experience iit yourself and I assure you it will be a great visit if the MainStay Suites has anything to say about it!
