Looks like recently renovated but needs more lighting to
make it friendlier. Staff very friendly. Nice deco entrance, new
carpet, and updated furniture.

I have now stayed at this hotel ten times over the last few years. You will see an earlier review and my experience is the same every time.

I have to point out the staff of the hotel. No mater who it is, they greet you with a smile and do whatever they can for you too enjoy your stay.

Like others, I wish breakfast was included but that is not a complaint. They serve a very nice breakfast in the hotel and there are other dining options close by.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel from the 3rd of Nov till the 7th. We could not have asked for a nicer stay. My wife is very picky when it comes to cleanliness and was very happy from the lobby to the actual hotel room. The front desk people could not be nicer.After a long drive I want to thank Marcus on our check-in for his recommendation for a restaurant to go to. (Putter's Grill).By the way, steaks to die for.Even though we had a problem with our hotel bill at check out Mark White at the front desk took care of the problem with no questions asked. Super service all around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay in the winston-salem area. I know where my wife and I will be staying next time we come down to North Carolina

stayed here during High Point Market, where prices are usually higher. it's a good 35 minutes drive from the showrooms, which i found a hassle after a very long day. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was not included, but they have complimentary coffee and tea stands. there was one computer for guest use, and internet was free.
