“VERY PLEASANT AND CLEAN!!!”

I was in town to visit family. The hotel was very clean even though a little difficult to find. I was very surprised at how pleasant the staff was. I called the hotel 3or 4 times for them to lead me to the hotel due to me taking a wrong turn and Regina would look them up on mapquest each time and got me there just fine. When I got there at no surprise her smile just lit up the room. She was very pleasant and very happy to see that I finally made it. She answered all my questions at my check-in and wished me a Merry Christmas as well as safe travels when I left. I wished that every hotel that I visit would be as pleasant as this on. The hotel was very clean and anything I needed I just went to or called the front desk personnel. My whole visit was a surprise the breakfast was very good as well. I would most definately come back and stay at this exact location (I love that it's close to the mall). I hope Regina stay in this business for a very long time cauwe she is one of the kind her beauty is from the inside out and her personality says it all. Courtyard Marriott Hanes mall staff, keep up the GREAT work!!!

To be honest... we are used to the Four Seasons and The Ritz. My husband can be a bit of a snob with hotels. When visiting family in Winston-Salem... hotel choices are smaller and quainter. Have stayed in many hotels in this area... and my husband has not been happy! This trip... I let him book the hotel. He grilled the manager on rooms and the work out
equipment. When we arrived, we were definitely surprised to find the hotel better than was stated! The staff was very service oriented! They were constantly cleaning... and very courteous. A couple girlfriends met me in the lobby one afternoon and we sat to chat... one of the staff began to make popcorn for us! What a treat! It really is the little things... that make a trip great!!! Thanks to all!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review the Courtyard Marriott Hanes Mall and for selecting us to be your hotel while visiting with family. It gives us great pride to know we met and exceeded your expectations. Our staff enjoys taking care of our guests which shows in the little extra touches they do everyday.

Be sure to visit us next year when we have completed our "Refreshing Business" upgrades. We will have a beautiful new lobby area for the girls to chat!

“AMAZING WEEKEND!!!!”

My husband and I have the pleasure of staying that the Courtyard this past weekend…. We were in Winston-Salem for Christmas shopping at Hanes Mall. It is really hard for us have time away and alone time so we treasure our time together!!! I spend a lot of time trying to make this trip faultless and to find just the perfect place and I do believe I found it! This motel was perfect!!!! All of the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. I don’t think we have ever stayed anywhere that the staff was so friendly…. We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite, it was very clean and roomy the bathroom was a good size as well. The breakfast was amazing; if what you wanted was not out they would make it for you …..the café staff we incredibly friendly and more than willing to serve. In fact, ALL of the staff acted as though they were thrilled to be there, it seemed like they all loved what they were doing….. they acted like it was more than a job to them. They all went above and beyond. From my 1st phone call with questions I knew this place would be GREAT! And I was definitely right. This will probably be our annual trip now that we have found the Courtyard. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR MUCH NEEDED GETWAY PERFECT!!!!!

Went to the Wake Forest - Notre Game football game. We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard, Winston-Salem, Hanes Mall location. The rooms were very clean and Falecia at the front desk was the BEST!!!! The southern hospitality was incredible! Wonderful breakfast! Had dinner at the Village Tavern! Great restaurant!!! Bleu was awesome too!

“Weekend in Winston-Salem”

Went to Winston-Salem for the Va Tech - Wake Forest football game. We stayed at the Marriotte Winston-Salem Hanes Mall. The rooms were clean and the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful. The hotel is in a great location - lots of restaurants, shopping (Mall close by) and easy access to downtown.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: We chose a basic King room but ask they staff; tell them your needs or what you want,they are super...
