I usually stay in this hotel whenever I am in the area. Everyone at the hotel is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are great, Hampton Inns usually are. I especially love their comfortable beds, with the all white sheets. Breakfast is good too, with a wide array of hot and cold items. The Hampton Inn breakfast is far superior than the Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn breakfast. All in all you can't go wrong with this hotel.

I stay in Hampton Inns accross NC and SC and this was one of the worst. First the door fell off the fridge. Then Changed rooms and there was Popcorn butter all over the tile and popcorn on the floor. Tried to run on the treadmill and it's falling apart and belt was slipping. Went to the pool on Monday and there was still party favors from a wedding I assume was on Sat night along with old clothes and towels laying on the furniture. The pool was full of bugs and trash. I got into the pool but had to jump out as the water smelled rotten. Also the front desk had no idea how to do an E-Check in.

Billed for two nights of service and even after faxing proof that I was at another hotel in another state for the night I was charged, no action at all by Management until I called the Hilton Customer Relations department. Thankfully their system showed that we we were in another Hampton in another stated for the night charged. They contacted the hotel and the reversal is now in play.

In my opinion, terrible management. There was no follow up to the fax, no acknowledgement of their error, nothing. I would not stay here again unless you have a Hilton Honors number where they are able to track your stays; it helped with the dispute.

I checked in last night at this hotel and was very pleased with the customer service I recieved. The employees at this hotel enjoy what they do, and you can tell by the smile on their faces. It was great to be greeted by the front desk worker with a smile on her face, and to be recgonized as a hilton honors member. When I went to the breakfast area I was very pleased to notice they have hot items and it is not just a continental breakfast. To me that is a huge bonus that they offer a few hot items, and then the other items such as bread, muffins, and pastries. Also, when I was ready to check out at the front desk I was then again greeted by another nice desk clerk who had a smile on her face.
