My friends and I stayed here for a friend's wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, especially for the price. Such a good value! The only downer is the shower.... its just a standing stall and the shower head squeaked when turned on. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and accommodated our needs (extra towels). There is free breakfast, a computer with internet, HBO in the rooms and a pool (although we didn't use it). A+ hotel!

This hotel is not fancy but is spotless and has some great amenities. The beds were firm and came with four great pillows. The room has a handy wardrobe instead of an open closet, a desk, decent TV, micro & fridge. The sink is in the room but the toilet and shower - a real shower as other reviewers said, and in fact, I want one of these - set off by a pocket door. The hotel was fairly quiet. We could hear the radio alarm go off in a vacant room next door the next morning but it was tolerable. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, juices, Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, danishettes, and little cartons of milk (nice b/c sometimes milk in a dispenser tastes funny). Great guy manages the breakfast room. Staff was quick to clean up a broken bottle out front. There was nothing to complain about!

When I got to the hotel I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces including the General Manager. They choose my room to my preferences not just give me any old room. When I got to the room I was amazed at how clean it was even high up where most housekeepers can't reach. Internet was free. Breakfast was free. Parking was free. Everywhere I needed to go was just down the street. I travel a lot. I know hotels and hotel rooms. All I can say is Thank You. My family and I will NEVER stay anywhere else when we are in Wilmington.

I feel at home here and safe. The desk crew is very helpful and the location is perfect. Thanks for all you do.
