The Comfort Inn University in Wilmington is the only that we will stay wiile in Wilmington. It is an excellent establishment with outstanding personnel and Epharem always goes out of his way to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible--it is like staying with family when we are there.

The overall presentation of the hotel is unsightly! The floors in front of the elevators are bumpy, the hall ways preped for paint and missing signs, the ceiling in the room was also prepped for paint, the wall exiting the lobby was spackeled left un sanded and unpainted, the entry doors only swung one way and were very hard to get the luggage carts in/out, and the windows were gross and dirty. with that said the hotel was very clean, organazed, and well stocked. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best ive had at a hotel ( breakfast area looks recently renovated)! The hotel has the potential to be a good place to stay when the renovations are done. I just dont understand why it is taking so long for them to finish?

I noticed black mold behind wall paper and behind bed frame, also behind mirror. Also hotel has renovations going on that don't exactly look right, I've written the health department and building code enforcement. The rooms are filthy and we found hair in the bed and urine on the toilet. This hotel should be condemned. Also the kitchen lady was seen limping then touched her foot then proceeded to touch the rolls. I didn't waste my time talking to the GM he was busy with a angry customer lol! Serves him right. This place is the most disturbing place I've seen. The GM and housekeeping and front desk should be fired. I have also contacted the local newspaper, I think they will publish our review.

I stay here frequently on business. The staff is excellent and it is convenient to everything! The rooms are clean and comfortable.
