this was my 3rd year staying here i have no complains, brooke who works at the front desk made me feel real welcome this year as well as epharfarm who is the manager , they were there at our every need . again i had no problems with my room, i'm going back nx year, also love the location i was close to everything to shop and eat .

Came in on business. The location was great, Easy to get to as well as many places to go in the area. Price was even better than I was expecting. from the minute I walked in to when I left I felt comfortable.

We needed a modest hotel in the Wilmington, NC area for a quick overnight, and ended up styaing two nights. The nearby Holiday Inn was around $130 and we were more interested in saving money, so we decided on the Comfort Inn for $67. By no means luxurious, but the rooms were neat, clean, and quiet. Mini fridge, microwave, AC, vessel sinks in bath, comfortable beds, a variety of nearby restaurants that delivered. Plenty of room for our U-Haul in their spacious parking lot with qick access to the hotel. Conveniently located right off the main drag, so plenty of shopping and services nearby.
We would definitely stay there again.,

My 2 night stay at this Comfort Inn was a very positive experience. Everything from check-in to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was good and all foods were replentished in a timely manner. That is very important to me. Breakfast is part of the package and it should be good and this one was. Shoes and shirt are required and twice I saw the rule enforced very politely. I will be returning to Wilmington shortly and I will again stay at the Comfort Inn University

We arrived tired after 15 hours of driving. We were given a room that reeked of mildew. It was uninhabitable. The bored desk clerk stated this was their last room. When I asked why they would ever assign a room in that condition, she shrugged (although later admitted they knew the room shouldn't have been booked). Because we had a dog we had a terrible time calling around (with no help from the clerk) to find someplace to sleep. We ended up at a Red Roof Inn which was truly the worst room I've ever stayed in in my life. But, it didn't smell, it was 11:00, and we had no choice. It seems that the Comfort Inn had a flood and sustained a lot of damage. The lights were all out in the front and we couldn't even see it at first.
