We have stayed at the Garden Inn in Wilmington at least 10 times since we have two daughters living in the area. We love it & it has come to the point where my husband & i will say when we see the Hilton, "we're home"! The rooms are lovely, comfortable,clean & spacious. The staff is so friendly & very helpful. We enjoy & use the pool & work out area. The breakfast & food is very good. We love the complimenary cookies at the front desk & the 2 complimentary bottle waters when we check in, also enjoy the complimentary USA daily newspaper. We always reccommend the Hilton to our friends.

Always stay here when visiting Wilmington, the staff is great, location wonderful, clean, easy access to internet, best beds anywhere..

Set up our reservations about a week before our trip. Circumstance caused the trip to be rescheduled....not so the reservations. Granted the cancellation was unexpected and the day of arrival and the staff were just following proceedure, but we could not cancel or reschedule the room, no refund partial or otherwise. However, when our problem was brought to the attention of Kip Damrow / Wilmington Director of Sales, he set things to rights. He rescheduled and comped our room, upgraded us to a suite and left a personal note at the front desk. The staff was very helpful & friendly upon arrival; the room was very clean and the beds ..... Heavenly! We had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. I would reccommend staying here on your next visit to the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area.

We stayed 1 night in a stop-over on our drive from Washington DC to Orlando, but I wish we had stayed longer. The front desk staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Our room was great, and very clean. We had everything we needed which included a fridge and microwave (which is very rare to find in hotel room in America - we found anyway) We stopped in Wilmington to see TV show 'One Tree Hill' filming locations, and we weren't disappointed! I loved this hotel and I wish we had of stayed in Wilmington longer. I would recommend this hotel to any!
