This a nice hotel, a little classier than a lot of the chain hotels on the main strip of Market Street, but still pretty close to downtown. It's off New Center Drive, by Target, and you can get to the Wrightesville Beach area in like 10 minutes from the hotel. I had a single bed room, and it was nice but a little small. There aren't micros/minifridges, however, which I do appreciate. But all in all I was happy with my choice. Staff friendly and helpful, and away from Market St traffic and noise.

This hotell is tucked into the back of a shopping center area, but appears to be very quiet. the room is a little smaller than I'm used to, but was quite comfortable.
One of the main criteria I is how well I sleep. The bed was extremly comfortable and I slept well.

the hotel does offer free internet, a necessity for me, and a buffet continental breakfast. I noticed they had a waffle iron available, but i didn.t indulge. I think that would be a favorite with the children.

My family and I went down for Riverfest this October. We like to go to Wilmington over the years and thought we would try this hotel. The location was great, convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We really like the fact it was away from the hustle and bustle but yet convenient to shopping and eating. The worst part about the whole trip was the foul odor that filled the entire downstairs aisle and lobby. When questioned about it, they said they had mopped but didn't know what it was and was going to get it taken care of on Monday. For the people that was staying the weekend, Sat and Sun, there was no relief. The smell was like someone puked up and down the hallway. Unfortunately, it took away from the stay. Other than that, breakfast and stay were good. Bed was a little hard for me but tolerable.
