Stayed here one night last week with a friend who was looking to take a job in the area. Convenience to downtown was a major plus, and shooting down 16th / 17th streets is very easy. The hotel staff was very friendly and the manager was around during breakfast greeting people and asking if everything went well. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good shape. Check in and out was easy and friendly.

Hampton Inns generally are the most reliable hotel chain for mid-priced travel, but I found this one is one of the better ones I've stayed at, and I think the people make the difference.

I got what I expected from a Hilton property. A friendly staff, clean room and for once FAST internet. I am thinking that hilton finally decided to beef up the internet speeds due to complaints because now alot of the properties have faster internet than a year ago. I was in town on business for a week and have no complaints. I was actually a little sad when it was time to leave.

You can always depend on Hampton Inn to have friendly and helpful staff people, be clean, and be convenient. This one is no exception. The breakfast area is particularly nice. The room was a bit small, but nicely appointed. There was even a "wet bar sink" and small fridge in the room. We asked for a first floor room near the breakfast area, and were given exactly what we asked for. Compared to other national chains in the area, the price here was very reasonable. All in all, this is a great value. We found everything right, nothing wrong, and the people working there from the desk to housekeeping unusually nice.
