I had to be in Wilmington to film a small part in a movie so I looked for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel. What I found was the Ramada Inn Conference Center. The room was good sized and the bed was VERY comfortable. After a long night of filming it was just what I needed.

Shooting ran over into the next day so I needed to extend my stay there were no issues with the desk they were very helpful and the room rate was the same as for my 1st night.

If you need a hotel that is comfortable, reasonably priced and centrally located stay here you won't be sorry!!

My husband and I stayed one night here and had a very pleasant, quiet, comfortable visit. We were in town since my husband was performing at the Wilmington Riverfest. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly soft. The hotel sits right on the main drag through town, so it's an easy walk or VERY short drive to the multitude of eateries nearby. The hotel offered a free breakfast buffet of carbs in the morning, but again, healthier options were available off site. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive (about 30 or so blocks) to the Wilmington waterfront.
The front desk attendants were polite and helpful and the wi-fi was dependable.

The room was nice, but the corridors had the strong smell of cigarette smoke.
We asked for a room with dependable access to the wi-fi routers. The desk clerk suggested a room above the office on the second floor. We were able to get a good wi-fi signal, but the room was facing the parking lot.

The hotel shares a building with a night club and restaurant. When the night club let out around 2:00 AM, the party continued in the parking lot for awhile. I expect rooms nearer the back of the hotel would be quieter.

There was no elevator for access to the second floor and we had to make several trips down a stair case to load in and out of our room.

Due to a reunion had the opportunity to stay at the Ramada Inn Conference Center, in Beautiful Wilmington North Carolina. .The rooms were very clean and met our needs quite nicely. . The refrigerator sat on the floor and the Microwave and Coffee maker stacked on top. . A small cart or a counter would have made the use of these appliances so much easier. . The staff was very friendly and the Continental Breakfast was, Let's just say Continental!. . Dave Williams
