My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel was very clean, the desk staff were courteous and efficient, our room was spacious and comfortably appointed.
Overall a good experience and excellent value.

My daughter and 4 month old grandaughter spent 3 nights at TownePlace Suites while visiting family near Wilmington. The room was prepared with a portable crib before our arrival. What a blessing after a late night flight! The room was comfortable and clean and met all of our needs. The breakfast was perfect for us with several healthy choices. We would definately stay there again when in the area.

My husband and I always book at TownePlace when going back to the city we met in. We love it, it's like home away from home!

we stayed 1 night in order to check out UNCW which was about 1 mile away. The hotel is very clean and everything was in good working order. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only problem is that if you have more than 2 people in a king room be sure of the layout (especially if you are staying for any length of time)... we had a king that was up against 1 wall (not a problem for 2 people), but the sofa sleeper was directly opposite the end of the bed so when you opened it out there was not a speck of room between the two (you literally could not slide a piece of paper between them). Since we were only there 1 night we dealt with it. The problem is for the person nearest the wall if they have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, they have to get on the bed and walk across it (and the person) to get in and out (definitely a SNL routinue begging to be written). Again the layout is only a problem if there is more than 2 people (we had 3). We would still stay there again if we are in the area (just get a different layout)
