This hotel was clean and comfortable. There was no indoor pool, which was a little disappointing, but the breakfast made up for it. Centrally located, so you're near all the restaurants and shopping.

Really nice Hotel. Clean. Superb service thanks to Rita who was efficient and helpful. Walmart, Gas and many Fast Food joints within walking distance. Not too far from the blue ridge parkway. Hotels a bit dated but our room was okay. Clean and crisp sheets, clean bathroom. Carpets don't stink. Microwave and Fridge in king non smoking room. Free Wifi from the rooms.

Attended a meeting in one of their conference rooms last week. The grounds were very well kept, common areas were immaculate. Some of the friendliest staff ever encountered. Every single staff member greeted and/or spoke to me, including front desk staff, maintenance, housekeeping even though I was not an acutal paying customer. I'll definitely consider staying here, if the need arises.

Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, bed was like a box of rocks. As a avid Holiday Inn Express customer I was greatly disappointed that this place carried the Holiday Inn brand name. We were supposed to stay for three days but moved after one night.
