Stayed two nights during the week. Front Desk person was on the phone. When he finally got off the phone, seemed mad or upset and like I was bothering him. Key didn't work and I had to go back to the desk and 'bother' him again. Stayed 2 nights and just found the same guy to be rude and short in his demeanor. Complained to the manager the next day and he just shrugged it off...he was just about as rude as the front desk person. Room was clean but don't expect much out of the front desk people.

When we arrived at the hotel it was great... The friendliest people Eduard and Jane helped us with everything... They were so funny... Eduardo made this the greatest stay possible... All new renovations also.

Hotel is off the interstate and room was clean. Hotel internet was down, so I had no email. Only a few staff but hotel was not busy. Hotel is fine if on a bugget and just looking for a room. If you need more, suggest go to another exit.

This place was so nasty. First of all when we called to make reservations. They never said anything about renovations being done. We get there and there are piles of carpet and floor padding in the parking lot. We walk in and we have to walk on top of couches and beds just to get to the stairs to make it to our rooms. Once we get into our rooms the smell of paint was overwhelming. Our restroom looked like it had never been cleaned and there was dried feces on the toilet. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. That was the WORST hotels that i have ever been to.
