“Southern Hospitality at its best”

If I wanted to paint a picture of a southern, tree-shaded front porch, the light hearted banter of two young fishermen sitting on the wooden steps arguing about how big the fish was that got away, neighbors sauntering by, smiling as they waved a friendly ‘hello,’ that would only be the beginning of the picture I would paint of Merrie and Dave’s Forever Inn. Homespun southern hospitality at its best…

“Feels like home the minute you walk through the door”

Me and my husband Dave happened upon this wonderful Inn during a visit to North Carolina to look for a new home. We have heard about "Southern Hospitality" but couldn't imagine it would be so true. Dave and Merrie are welcoming and warm and make you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. The Inn is not only beautiful but clean as well. And let's not even begin to talk about the wonderful breakfast!!! We didn't want to leave but sadly had to, it is one of those Inns where you will return again and again I promise you that.

“The warmth and beauty of a simpler time with all the luxuries of modern day!”

We stayed at the Forever Inn Easter Weekend, 2009. Our criteria was 'less than a two-hour drive and $XX.XX or less per night,'. We loved our visit! The home is beautifully appointed without feeling overdone like some older homes can. Our room was airy and extremely comfortable. Our private bath was a mini-sanctuary! There are several fun shops within walking distance. Breakfast was a delight! The owners were completely accomodating; I feel like we made lifelong friends. In fact, when we returned home yesterday, I felt like we should call them to let them know we had arrived home safely! We will definitely be back!

“Get some R&R”

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Forever Inn. Merrie and Dave were welcoming and helpful, giving tips on good restaurants in town and offering maps to local points of interest. Our room (the blue room) was lovely, spacious, and very clean. The breakfasts were scrumptious! There was fresh fruit and fresh-ground coffee, and the main dishes were so good I ate every bite. I recommend the Forever Inn with with no hesitation whatsoever.

“A wonderful bed and breakfast experience”

I had the wonderful pleasure of staying at The Forever Inn in Wadesboro, NC last Sunday/Monday. The hospitaliy was great and the food delicious. Merrie and Dave made the stay so very interesting as they mingled with me and another lady traveling on business.

Located not far from Charlotte, NC, it would be worth the drive for anyone traveling in that area to make plans for a stay at The Forever Inn. You will be treated with true Southern hospitality.
