Apart from the hole in the ceiling (which I did not notice at first glance) and the drywall dust everywhere, this room had everything I wanted: working microwave, clean, functioning refrigerator, twin beds, back-up-to-door parking.

Breakfast was dreadful, unless one likes cereal and milk and store-brand mini-muffins.

Management was surly, charged 58.88 instead of the advertised 42.88 and would not take down the loyalty membership number for points... it wasn't as if I tried to get a free night in their establishment! I shall never go back there again.

i could not believe the condition of this place. their license for ada should be taken away. the food police need to check the "food'. the smell of cat urine was predominate throughout room. the lighting was so dim in the bathroom. i could go on and on about this place but i'm sure travelers can get the quality of the place.

On Oct. 9th, My Dad, Mom and Sister checked into this hotel. Within minutes of walking into the room, my Father had a heart attack. I would like to personally thank the Manager of this hotel and the Owners for helping and the compassion my Mom and Sister recieved when they needed it the most. My Father was life flighted to a Winston-Salem hospital. My family was traveling with a small dog. They allowed my parents dog to stay in the room overnight while my family went with my Father. Even tho they were only there for about 35 mins, the room was a mess from rescue workers, they refunded my Mother the money for the room. Unfortunately 3 days later my Father passed away. I want to thank you guys from all of us. If I am ever up that way, I will be staying with this hotel. THANK YOU for your care and compassion.

The staff was friendly and effecient. The parking lot was safe and well lit which is important to everyonr. The room was clean and in order and the breakfast was ok and the coffee was great. We will go again to this hotel.
