We looked on the computer to find a decent place to stay for a resonable price. We were going down to NC to visit a friend. We decided to stay at the Quality Inn. When we entered the room we thought it was ok not great but not bad. I had noticed that the floor was not vacumed and that the covers on the bed were wrinkled. I started to put away our clothes in the dresser, opened it up and found a pile of alcohol bottles and garbage (Strike 1). I had let the front desk know what I had found. They appoligized. Then I decided to fill up the bathtub so I could get a nice bath after a long trip. The water was bright orange. Went over to the front desk for my second appology (Strike 2) then it was time to go to bed. We pulled down the cover. I usually dont look at the sheets in depth, but in this case I felt the need 2. As I was closley going over the sheets a tiny tiny tiny black bug was crawling across my pillow, As me and my husband looked further we found 4 more of them. That was the last Strike we called the desk told them about the bugs they said they would send someone over. When the man arrived we showed him the bugs crawling around. Can you believe he offered to change the sheets. We said No-way. and we were out of there. They took off the fee for the night, I dont know if Ill ever be able to stay in a motel again, due to this adventure.

We stayed here overnight as a rest stop on our car trip from Florida to New Jersey. I like the fact this Inn allows pets. The complimentary breakfast was very good with waffles and don't forget to try the microwaveable sausage biscuits! The bed was fairly comfortable and the room plain, but decent for the low price. The parking lot fills up at night with a lot of pickup trucks which makes the parking lot difficult to manage. Also, there are noisy travelers unpacking those pickups late into the night, so there is some sleep disturbance there. Pretty good place for the price, though.

We were driving up from Florida, and it was around Selma that we got tired and decided to stop driving, and found the Quaility Inn here.
The place was reasonably priced, and clean, and a good place to stop and get some sleep before continuing on your way the next day. There was a pool right outside our room....but it was rather cold when we were there.
Can't complain, it suited our needs, and we got a good night's sleep.
It's also close to some places to eat, we found a Ruby Tuesday right up the road.

This hotel is near the famous JR Outlet. Side note, I hate JR Outlets.

This hotel gets points for value because they were able to provide us 3 double beds for a party of 3 adults and 1 child for about $100. The room was clean. Everything was very basic.

Staff was ok, but nothing to shout about.

The breakfast was good, but the dough for the waffles had gone VERY sour.

We were also on the second floor without an elevator.

I didn't smell any odors as mentioned by other reviewers and I am very picky about odors.

Overall, this is an OK place to stay. No frills at a no frills price. I would definately stay here again.

Note, there is a Prime Outlets just a few minutes down the road. The "cook out" restaurant across the street is also a good value.
