We stayed at this motel on our way down to Florida and brought our dog. The motel is definitely in need of some updating. The lobby appeared old, carpet was a very odd color. The room was small and smelled very strongly of detergent that was overwhelming. The linens were green and seemed relatively new. Pillows were clumpy and the furniture was outdated. The doors all go to the outside too so if it's cold or if you get bothered by people going up and down stairs/cars driving by or if you are traveling by yourself (unsure of how safe it is at night), then it may be too noisy for you. I don't think the hotel was worth 62 dollars a night. The one thing that was really nice was that the staff were all very warm and welcoming.
