I was passing through on my way home from a lengthy trip and stayed at this QI. I was dissappointed. The hotel was nearly booked due to construction and electrical line workers there for Hurricane Irene. I was not upset because I had to take a smoking room, but I did get a little irritated because of the fact I had to sign ( what nearly seemed like a blood oath) stating I did not have a pet with me. Then in the room there were warnings posted regarding the high penalty for lying about having a pet. There was also a note regarding "stealing towels" and a price list in case you wanted to purchase one. What? Why would you purhcase a used towel or lie about traveling with a pet? What ever happened to trusting your clientele? The room, while appreaing very clean, smelled like dirty feet. The bathroom fixtures were yellowed and the coffee pot was not clean. ( It had a fing in it from old coffee). I would stay again - but only out of neccesity.
