We stayed in this convenient location and it was the worst lodging experience ever. Dropped off luggage and went out for food. Upon return to eat, the room was filled with flies. The tub was so dirty, my wife refused to shower in it. I went to get our money back and was told 'the small print' said we had 15 minutes to inspect room - no refund and we left and found other lodging. We shot video of this room and will use to notify the proper health department.

The room i stayed in the first visit was okay, the air conditioner leaked, had stains on the carpet, but the bed was comfortable. It was an easy check in with the male owner, even though it cost more than the price on the building shows. The second time I tried to get a room I was denied by the female owner. She told me to go some place else, didn't seem to professional if you ask me. In conclusion, the rooms are okay, but the service is terrible. Wouldn't recommend it unless it is your last resort.

I made a reservation for 34.99. Upon check in the owner tried to charge me 44.99. The beds were okay. Ther were no refrierator, microwave, iron,or ironing board. There were hair balls in the sink and roaches in the bathroom. I was asked to return my plastic ice bucket as I filled my cooler. I would not stay there again; nor would I recomend it to any one.

Stayed here for one night on the way from Newyork to Orlando. The AD outside hotel mentions $29.xx a night, but when i walked i was told it was for seniors and the correct price is $32.xx per night, i took the room. I was surprised to see only one towel in the room, but didn't care. Next day morning i realized there's no shower head , so it was pretty much like water falling down from the falls. I checked out and 5 days later i was charged $28.xx for 5 missing towels !!! Called the property and they were pretty rude. Would never stay here again.
