Room was super clean and the Hotel staff is second to none.
Can't say enough great things about this location.
Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke. First room was so smoky I had to ask for a different one. Also the microwave had to be unplugged so that it wouldn't run continuously. I saw a couple live roaches around my room & found a dead one on my pillow when I woke up. Rooms are "enter from the outside" as another reviewer stated.

Seriously. Within five minutes of arrival, I had to kill a roach on the window sill. I discovered it trying to turn on the fan to air my non-smoking room of a thick cloud of smoke. (Front desk said some guests "don't respect" the rules.) Place looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. Oily film on desk chair. Hole in the wall around the shower head. You get the picture. Run, don't walk, from this property. (I prepaid so I am stuck.)

Several years ago my family and I used Jameson Inn and were so disappointed that we stopped using them. In March when I needed a room I decided to give you another chance. I was pleasantly surprised with the changes and the service. I was so impressed that when I returned in April I came back and was thrilled to see the same face of the day clerk that I had met in March. I love the changes that have been made and will begin recommending you to my family and friends that need a place to stay while in Sanford.
