We stay at this hotel frenquently due to our obligations in Salisbury.The front desk employees are great at accommodating with our needs.The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.We had stayed durning a weekend with a large group of guest in the hotel that was very rude and loud into all hours of the night to where I called in the middle of the night to the front desk.The front desk staff were very helpful our issues of the disrespectful guest.I would stay at this hotel again due to fact that the staff go out of their way to solve issues and the feeling of home away from home that you get!!!!!!!!!!

During my family reunion weekend, Tina accused me and my brother of having a dog in our hotel room. One of the housekeepers who speaks very little English "supposedly" told her that she heard me and my brother giving the dog a bath in the bathroom. Very far-fetched accusation correct? Keep in mind the hotel has cameras all over the place and Tina never once went back and looked at the video footage to see if a dog had even placed foot in the lobby. She approached me and my family in a very disrespectful, unprofessional manner pointing the finger without even giving us a chance to respond. Tina stated, "That's what my housekeeper told me so I believe it." She threw us out of the room and asked us to leave immediately after fussing at me and my whole family (including elders). Tina then called the police because she felt "threatened" by our presence. While she was speaking with the police, she mentioned how our family was being loud the previous night. What does that have to do with the situation at hand? That proved that she was just looking for a reason to kick us out of the hotel. After realizing that she had a serious lawsuit coming her way, she refracted her statements and asked that we stay the remainder of the weekend and forget any of that happened. This woman does not deserve her job. She was extremely rude when my brother spoke with her on the phone about room service. Also, Tina lets her son run around behind the front desk and all throughout the lobby when she knows good and well she needs to hire a babysitter. This was the worst hotel experience I have had by far. This woman had my blood boiling and we will never stay at this place again!

We will never stay at this hotel again! We were accused of having a dog in our room and that was not the case. We were thrown out of the hotel and then later the accusation was rescinded and we were asked to stay. The desk clerk with the dirty blond hair was VERY unprofessional. Pointed her finger and raised her voice; accusatory from the beginning without even explaining what the heck was going on. We were staying there for our family reunion and she ruined it. Headquarters as well as Choicehotels.com will receive a complaint. In addition, this same review will be shared with many others. Poor customer service...do not stay at this hotel. We were threatened and mistreated! I do not recommend this hotel AT ALL!

Nice, new hotel. I stay here frequently when in town on business and this hotel is close where I need to be. A couple of restaurants within walking distance if you don't mind the hill, otherwise some other restaurants within a few miles.

The breakfast was late the morning I needed to get out quick so that was a problem. When it finally was served, some of the items ran out and were not refilled as quickly as they normally are for other hotels of this kind.

They seem to be taking their time doing the landscaping so I'm not sure what the trouble is with that but it doesn't affect my stay at all. Just a curiosity.
