Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast....OK now the bad....Internet connection is very bad after 5pm, I have to use my own internet card to log in. Older TV's.....

This La Quinta is well located, a couple of minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to downtown Omaha. What makes the place special is the staff. They are kind and helpful always willing to got the extra mile for guests. The indoor pool is also very pleasant.

We stayed at this motel because it was in close proixmity to the airport where we had to catch an early flight the next day. This motel looks decent from the outside, but it's run down and dingy on the inside. The upholstery on the chairs was very well worn, light fixtures were old, one lamp didn't work, bed spread and curtains were from the early 90s. There was "gunk" on the extra security lock on the door that had been there for who knows how long.

There are at least two other options close by, so take a look at a map of the hotels in that area and choose otherwise.

I've stayed here twice, before morning flights out of Omaha. It's quite satisfactory, and I got a decent price. The indoor pool is small but quite pleasant (and I managed to use it when it wasn't full of kids). If there's a down side, it's that the area around Eppley Airport is depressingly bleak and is lacking restaurants, except for Subway. They have a park-and-fly program where you leave your car and then they take it to a parking lot. You have to pay for the parking, but at least it's convenient.
