me and my partner stayed here for a week all inclusive at the end of September and had read the reviews on the hotel after changing from the HTOP grand casino royal that had horrific reviews! and thought the Acacias was a good choice. It was brilliant exactly how it looks in the pictures, the staff are so friendly and cant do enough to help you they even helped me arrange our transfer home as we had problems with our holiday company, there is amazing variety of food and is something for everyone even if you are quite fussy, the indoor pool,spa and gym facilities are beautiful, and we even got a free upgrade so we didn't have to pay for the spa ( that is 5 euros a day). The outdoor pool is in the new building just across the road its a great sun spot with small pool with another spa or baby pool, it was lovely and quiet as most people go to the beach as its so close. Overall it was a brilliant relaxing holiday, shame the weather was not as good. WE would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone were even thinking about booking a family holiday for next summer.

Just had 4 night all inclusive stay at the Acacias and loved it. Was a little concerned after reading a few of the reviews but need not have worried.
You wont find a friendlier group of staff anywhere and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Can't comment on the hotel rooms as we received a free upgrade to one of the new appartments ( Fantastic) but the appartments and hotel were spotless so can't imagine the rooms being any different
Only a small hotel so not you're average all inclusive places which for my friend and i was a very pleasant suprise
I am quite fussy about my food and although i may not have wanted to try all the choices on the buffet i had no trouble finding something tasty to eat at each sitting. Only down side was putting on weight eating three meals a day

We booked a double room at this hotel in Lloret in August 2010. After driving through France we arrived at 9.30 in the evening. The duty manager jumped in the car with me to guide us to their underground car park (10 Euro per day if your booking is through booking.com). He then showed us a fully air-conditioned apartment in their new complex next door and offered us an upgrade which we took. This had a kitchen with all mod cons including washing machine, master room with enormous bed, sofa, balcony over pool and whirlpool bath. Two bathrooms, another bedroom, gym and massage room. The hotel is situated in the quieter end of Lloret away from the main drag but is only a minutes walk from the beach and castle area and about 15 minutes from the all the clubs and 20 from the bus station. As mentioned, the accommodation is excellent as is the staff and maid service. The same cant really be said of the food. Breakfast caters more for continental tastes and the buffet dinner, although only 7 Euros is best avoided (we only had it once thanks to a thunderstorm). This said you are spoilt for choice in the restaurants nearby and it shouldn't be an issue. The hotel has a small outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and fitness suite which you pay extra for when you book. Overall, highly recommended and good value - especially if you can wangle an upgrade!

Hard to find a hotel in Lloret to suit an older couple (passing through, dropping off our son) but Acacias fitted the bill. Clean, well appointed and in a quiet location, we had a pleasant stay. But the food! We hadn't planned to dine at the hotel buffet but our son persuaded us - it was awful. But in Lloret eating out isn't a problem. Reserve parking before you arrive as it's very limited.
