“Terrible hotel”

We were in this terrible hotel for 2 nights. The reservation was made from the hotel web-site that is nice and view some photos of the hotel and of the rooms, but it is lie - see the photos that attached to this review and find a differents. The room was so terrible that it look like 1* hotel and sure not 3*. The bed and the mattress I think were 30 years old and destroyed our backs.
There are so many hotels in Lloret De Mar and it is really nice place to vacation, but try to avoid Santa Rosa hotel.

“Lovely location, Lovely hptel”

This hotel is more of a 4* than a three star. It was mainly spanish & French when we stayed but, the rooms where clean, large and the reception staff were excellent.

They even greating us with our names, (probably because we were the only english) but they always remembered our room number. Arranged us a taxi for the return to the airport, and let us swap lunch for dinner.

The food was ok, bit bland but was a selection of soup/salad/meats, rice,pasta,vegables/desset. Also you could order a bottle of wine on the first night and keep it for the following.

I was impressed with the general standard, heated pool, nice sun loungers etc. Wasnt a five star hotel but a very good three.

It is located approx 100meters from the beach, and near the quiet end of lloret, but this was perfect for us, nerby bars and shops within 20 meters.

If you go make sure you pop into the fisherman tavern in the santa rosa lane, it has a deli style counter outside, tapas, and drinks are fantastic.
