“Not Bad”

Stayed for 5 nights in Sept. Hotel was very basic but was clean and not bad value considering how cheap it was to stay there. Only 5 mins walk from main street and beach. Hotel staff friendly in general but cleaner did take 2 cups and 2 spoons of ours and staff were unable to get them back. Good resort and good holiday, would probably book a better hotel if we go back tho.

I stayed here in aug and found it to be busy resort with lots of bars clubs and shopping!
The hotel for a hostel was very quite and the staff was helpful and the place was basic but very clean in the best location 5 min walk to the main shopping street and 10 min to the beach.
i came here alone and i felt very safe as there was lots of hotels and people waliking around all the time!
the only down side to this hotel was the noise from the hotel opersite it was full of german and spanish and they was very noisey at night but that was only if you stayed on that side of the hotel!
But overall i would say i had a lovely holiday and the hotel was very good !

Also i must say there is a great all you can eat chinese on the beach side above mcdonalds thats really good for the money!

“Cheap and very cheerful”

I booked this hotel through EasyJet hotels - it was very cheap and I thought "well I wont expect much, and I only intend to be in the hotel to sleep". Boy was I wrong, although the accommodation is very basic it is very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price, it is continental and is very good. The bar is small but also cheap and there is a pool table in the back (which is covered and doubles up as the breakfast buffet in the morning). Security was good - there were safety deposit boxes in reception that you could hire very cheaply and in the evening the only way to get into the hotel was with your pass.

This hotel is close to the beach, clubs, restaurants (all within about 5 mins walk). It is close to everything but also to my surprise not noisy for being that close.

For the money we paid this was fantastic and I shall definately be coming back if I want cheap accommodation. If you are expecting anything more than a clean loo, shower and bed then this is not for you. Budget travellers - this one is for you!!

“Basic but worth the money you pay”

I went through tall stories when you could still get single holidays from them. I was in the anesed part of the hotel that is actually 1* but you get to use the hotel's facilities for everything else. As I was on an activity week, the hotel was used for eating sleeping and dunking in the pool and not much else. If this is all you need, its perfect. The hotel is 5mins from the beach, has an adequately sized pool. The showers are basic and look old but give a good wash! the rooms are quite spacious and aren't changed often but you get enough of a breeze at night to keep you cool. Breakfast is good for continental and the bar does cheap sangria and san miguel. There are plenty of good restaurants near by to explore too.

“Loved Santa Ana”

Stayed at Hostal Santa Ana for 10 days, rooms were basic, but very clean and tidy, maids changed sheets and towels everyday, the staff were incredibly friendly, theres a pool table, a T.V. and sitting area, lift and bar area. Aprrox 45 rooms, twins and doubles, although there were no safety deposit boxes, the hotel was incredibly secure, with entrance at nite only via a pass so we really had no worries. The location of the hotel was perfect 5/10 minutes walk to pretty much everywhere, the photos shown really do not do it justice, the price of accomodation was great value for money. Obviously if you want a luxurious hotel on holiday then this probably isnt for you, but if you just want a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in a great location then I'd definitely recommend Hostal Santa Ana, if I return to lloret de mar then I would stay there again. Overall had a great holiday, and the friendly staff made it so much more fun.
