My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend. It is quite centrally located, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and main street. The rooms are nice and clean and have a small fridge in them. We booked half board and were not disappointed with the food. It was excellent! There was always a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The food from the hotel snackbar was also very good. The hotel bar was very reasonably priced, in fact it was alot cheaper than most of the bars around lloret.
The only complaint I have is that the Walls ate very thin and so you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. We were kept awake one night from the snoring and coughing of our neighbour!
Most of the guests are were french and spanish. Overall a lovely hotel.

A nice hotel with all facilities. The food was very good, the rooms were nice and clean. The only thing to make sure before go there is to check your room view, because some of them were close to some others hotels or palaces. The best ones were them with pool view. Lloret de mar is full of buildings, so is rare to finde quite areas or isolated ones. The hotels mainly are simples, some of them like hostels, and Anabel was one of the best in the area. You should go there to have funny holidays and meeting people (its full of young singles boys and girls). If you're looking for romantic vacations don 't go there!!!!

Everything was perfect. GREAT pool and animation, good service, good food... very centric 5 minutes to the beach and main street..

We (my family, with a 3 years old girl and my friends' families, with two babies having approx. 3.5 and 1.5 years) decided to see Spain this year. We looked for a place near Barcelona, as we intended to show the little ones the aquarium. Searching on the Internet we found Hotel Anabel (within Lloret de Mar) having good prices and (thinking of staying there with the children) pools.
After a 3 hour flight to Barcelona and a 1 - 2 hour transport to Lloret we found a clean and nice hotel, having all the facilities we needed.
The rooms are large, their inner space well suited. The pools were great for the children; they even had very well trained persons for entertaining the little ones (not only for them, of course, all those present could have a very great time there). The food was excellent. Everything is fresh and nicely served. Every day there was something new and (another very important thing), a lot of food. Really great!
A minus (only from my point of view) was the lack of Internet access in the room. They had free wireless access within the hotel's reception hall. But, without any AC outlet nearby, the laptop's battery has a hard life with the wi-fi turned on. The iPod Touch did a great job as Internet device.
Another minus: hotel's staff has a bad English understanding and speaking (with few exceptions), although there was no major communication problem.
Anyway, a great place for a vacation.
