I would not qualify this hotel as a four star that i am use to but it was a very good hotel. It was big, clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and since we booked half board dinner was fanstastic! We paid 325 euro for 5 nights for 2 adults and 1 child on half board basis which i believe is a very good price. It was clean which is the most important to me. The location also was very good. They class it as a four star but i think it needs a bit of an upgrade. For example the tv was old and the unit was very worn out. Just little things that needed upgrading to make it perfect. It was alot better than what i expected though after seeing the pictures on tripadvisor.
Breakfast was good enough for me with a variety of breads, fruit, chesses and meats.
Dinner was fanstastic. The fruit and veg were very fresh and the food tasted great.
They have an indoor pool that we used a couple of times and a gym if anyone is interested. Its more of a family hotel so expect alot of kids, and kids make noise! We rented a car so i had to email them to reserve a spot and cost 8 euro a day. Overall i would absolutly stay there again if i was to visit Lloret de Mar again.

Fantastic value for money, clean and friendly hotel in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Rooms were modest but very clean and comfortable. Restaurant + meals were excellent, very fresh food well cooked every day. Enough variety to suit everyone, friendly waiters happy to acknowledge the kids which isn't always the case in other places. Main swimming pool was really nice and the spa was great too. Free swimming pool towels if you leave a deposit in the reception. Reception staff helpful and able to answer any queries or arrange transfer to and from airport making effort to offer best value for money deals. Great half term holiday with enough to do even if the weather is not the best.

There were four of us travelling on a short break from 17th - 21st October and booked this hotel online. We were all delighted with the hotel.. Starting with reception staff who couldn't have been more helpul to the bedrooms which were spotless with lovely decor throughout. We stayed in rooms 623 & 624 which gave us pool views and also the sun was in the verandah the whole day - lovely. Poolside bar food and drinks were great and good prices too and the staff were brilliant. We were half board and found the food to be plentiful and very tasty. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was fabulous. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were great also. We were also very lucky with the weather which was warm and sunny.
Only thing we would have liked the outdoor pool to be heated but this did not stop us from going in and enjoying a swim (although very cold).

All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

on arrival at the hotel Anabel i was expecting problems because on the morning of my departure
and 200KMSfrom home i realized that i had not printed my voucher from booking .com but i need not have worried no problem was the reply and it was the same for al our stay nothing was too much trouble for them i have to mention Jose who we found both friendly and helpful The food was excellent and varied and HOT the rooms where basic but spotless cleaned every day
an added bonus was the that the gym sauna turkish bath and not forgetting the heated indoor pool where all included in the price. The outside area which contains a large pool plus one for the kids is very spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around would i stay in this hotel again yes without a doubt
